Include a style reference, the required cuts and formats, a deadline and one person who collects feedback. Tell us whether you are sending raw footage, prepared selects or an existing timeline. We use that to agree the work, review rounds and delivery dates.
Agree review and file handover
Collect feedback in one set of timecoded notes for each agreed review round. List the export formats and resolution you need. Editable timelines, project files and reusable motion templates need a separate agreement before work starts.
Can you select from raw footage?
Yes, when selection is part of the agreed work. Include the amount of source footage so we can allow for watching and selecting it.
Can you follow an existing style?
Share an approved edit, brand files and any recurring client feedback. These guide the first version and later revisions.
