    From brief to approved files

    1. 1.Share the brief

Send footage, brand assets, a reference edit and the formats you need. We agree the editing, motion, review rounds and timing before starting. Filming, scripting and client communication stay with your agency.

    2. 2.Review the edit

One contact handles your brief and feedback. Your team gathers client comments into one set, with timecodes where useful, so we can work from a clear review.

    3. 3.Approve delivery

Check the finished edit against the brief and approve the agreed files. For recurring work, we keep client references and feedback together so the next brief builds on earlier decisions.

    Questions agencies ask.

How do you keep the editing style consistent?

We keep approved references and feedback together for each client. Editor availability can change, so we agree how another editor would take over.

    How quickly can you deliver?

Timing depends on length, complexity, footage quality and review rounds. Include your deadline when you get in touch. Once the assets and brief are clear, we confirm a feasible schedule. Urgent work is agreed separately.

Can you work alongside our in-house editor?

Yes. We can take on overflow or After Effects work while your editor handles other client projects. That also applies while you are hiring. Together, we agree which assignments stay with your team and which we take on.
